FEATURES
Light weight:
The valve is made of ductile cast iron similar to resin sand’s structure and the valve is with high strength and small volume and its weight is just 70%~80% of a general gate valve’s. It is easy to install and maintain the valve.

No-grooved body cavity:
In general, the gate valve's body has a groove for seats to assemble. In this case, it increases the resistance to the fluid, and there are many sundries piled up in the groove, affecting the valve's sealing effect. However, there is no groove in the resilient seated gate valve's body, so the resistance to fluid is minimal, and no sundries pile up in the body, allowing the fluid to flow without blockage.

Disc rubberpacked wholly:
The outside of the disc is rubber. The first-class vulcanization technology from Europe makes the vulcanized valve be in good condition in dimension, the outside rubber adheres to the metal disc tightly and is not easy to fall off from the metal disc, and the rubber has good elasticity.

Close-tolerance cast valve body:
The body is close-tolerance casting and can ensure the valve’s sealing effect without machining the internal of the body. The internal of the disc is made of ductile cast iron and the outside of the disc is made of rubber adhering to the internal tightly and not easy to fall off from the internal disc. The rubber is with good elasticity and the whole disc is replaceable.

Corrosion resisting:
The valve’s external and internal surface are treated with epoxy resin powder, and the trim is made of stainless steel or copper alloy to prevent the valve body from rusting. Resilient seated gate valve can be used in sewage systems and underground, etc.

Not easy to be broken:
Cast iron gate valve is broken to pieces by impacting or hitting or deadweight pressing but resilient seated gate valve’s body is made of ductile cast iron so resilient seated gate valve is not easy to be broken to pieces.

O-ring:
There are three pieces of O-ring in the cover for sealing, which decreases the friction force and leakage and the O-ring can be replaced in line.

Beneficial to Drinking:
The valve’s external and internal surface are treated with non-toxic epoxy resin and the disc is rubber-packed so no rust and corrosion occur in the valve and the fluid is unpolluted for drinking.
